As flowers and plants are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work, and would like you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements and plants as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the arrangement or the plant you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders for Products may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours after they are placed, except for orders for same-day delivery or next-day delivery, which may not be canceled. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us at +1 (480)360-3252. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail yanivflowers@gmail.com
Delivery date
If the delivery date was not specified by the customer, the store will deliver the flowers or gifts on the same day if the order was placed before 2 PM. If the order without a specified delivery date was placed after 2 PM, the item will be delivered on the next business day
Substitution policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Yaniv Flowers Return Policy
We care about each customer and want every floral arrangement to bring joy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours after delivery at yanivflowers@gmail.com.
Your request must include:
• the reason for dissatisfaction;
• a photo of the arrangement showing the issue;
• your email and phone number so that we can contact you.
Once we receive your request, the Yaniv Flowers team will review it and contact you within 24 hours. You will be notified of our decision in writing (via email) or by phone.
If the complaint is found to be valid, the store manager reserves the right to authorize a 100% refund of the product cost after the courier picks up the returned arrangement.

• The delivery fee is non-refundable.
• We do not provide partial discounts on items that do not meet your expectations — a refund is processed only after the arrangement is returned and the claim has been approved.
• These return and refund rules do not apply during major holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Rosh Hashanah.

Floral arrangements created by Yaniv Flowers may contain various types of flowers, greenery, and floral supplies (including but not limited to floral foam, wire, glue, and other materials) that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
Yaniv Flowers is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from contact with our products.
Please consider individual sensitivities when ordering or gifting floral arrangements. If you or the recipient have allergies or sensitivities to pollen, scents, latex, specific plants, or materials, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before use.
