Business Flower Deliveries

For business flower deliveries, our services are available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This schedule ensures that your flowers will arrive during regular business hours, making it convenient for offices and corporate environments. Whether you’re sending flowers for a meeting, celebration, or just to brighten someone’s day, you can trust us to deliver on time.

Residential, Hotel, Hospital, and Funeral Flower Deliveries

Delivering to Schools

If you’re planning to send flowers to a student, please send them to their residence as schools do not typically accept flowers for delivery to students. For deliveries intended for teachers, it’s advisable to place your order early in the morning or the day prior to ensure it arrives before 2:00 PM.

What If No One Is Home?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift may be left with a neighbor, in a safe place, or a note will be left on the door directing the recipient to call and schedule a redelivery. In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient directly to arrange for another delivery time.

What If the Recipient Refuses the Delivery?

In the unfortunate event that the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. If you know the recipient might not be home, you can request to leave the arrangement in a designated location. However, the customer assumes all liability for such requests, and due to high temperatures during the summer, we highly discourage leaving arrangements on doorsteps, porches, yards, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement promptly.

Return policy

As flowers and plants are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work, and would like you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements and plants as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement or the plant you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders for Products may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours after they are placed, except for orders for same-day delivery or next-day delivery, which may not be canceled. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

Substitution policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
